Scottish scarf reaches Aldermaston

On 9th August 620m of beautiful pink scarf knitted and crocheted by people from all over Scotland travelled down to Aldermaston in Berkshire to join scarf created all over UK and beyond. We were at Blue milepost, together with folk from North East England, and whilst we were quite small in numbers we had more scarf than was needed and lent a fair few rolls to other areas. It was a gorgeous sunny day and the scarf looked stunning amidst the trees.

  1. What a beautiful, creative, imaginative emblem of peace, cooperation and clearly FUN. Why can’t the world be this way?
